It's plenty IMO. If you're reasonably frugal, you can live alone. If you're wanting to go out and spend more, I'd get some roommates.

If you had a rent controlled studio in a non WOTP building and didn't own a car, you'd be able to save some money and contribute well to your 401k. You wouldn't be able to purchase housing, condo or single family, without substantial financial help from family. WOTP housing would probably be affordable but a stretch on your income.

Totally depends on the lifestyle. If you are not a big spender and good with managing money, then yes it’s doable.
