Does anybody have experience with them in their previous set-up?
"Previously, the School Psychology Program provided psychoeducational testing for children and teens through the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS), which operates a mental health clinic serving a client base that includes young children as well as adults of college age and beyond."
I see that the $1,675 fee is for a "comprehensive psychoeducational assessment". This is different from a full neuropsych, correct? Not sure if I should contact them or wait for a spot at Children's / KKI.

(and I have always been confused about the difference between a neuropsych and psycho educational assessment):
Mason’s Comprehensive Assessment Services (CAS) provides comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to address a child or adolescent’s presenting concerns. The battery of assessments is individualized to the client’s needs. Examiners begin the evaluation process by conducting an intake interview with the child or adolescent’s legal guardian to gather more detailed information about the client and nature of the referral concern. The evaluation takes place over multiple sessions. A comprehensive assessment can include things like interviews, questionnaires, record reviews, and direct testing. At the end of the evaluation process, the examiner will provide an individualized feedback meeting with the parents to review the report, assessment findings, diagnosis, if warranted, and recommendations for home and school.
Frequent reasons families may seek an evaluation for their children include but are not limited to:
Anxiety
Mood Disorders (depression)
Social interaction difficulties
Behavioral difficulties
Emotional outbursts
Learning and attentional difficulties
ADHD
Autism
Cost is only $1,675, but they don’t take insurance.
