I found this thread when looking for a new show on Netflix and I have been loving Fisk! I have laughed out loud at least once each episode (I've watched five so far). It reminds me of the British Office minus the documentary part. Very quick-witted and clever.

I enjoy it for a background light show when my DH is out of town for work. Low expectations help - it's really pretty witty at times and the window into a slice of Aussie life is interesting. The community business awards episode was funny in a The Office kind of way.

If you watch long enough, you’ll see the same house that was in Offspring. I like to imagine the Offspring family sold it to these new occupants. Anyway, agree Offspring was better.

I recently discovered season 2 is available on Netflix. It’s just as hilarious as the first season. I really wish it were more than six short episodes.

It’s cute! I’ve watched 2 episodes and will probably keep going.

It kept coming up in my recommended list and I kept ignoring it. Finally one day a scene came up on my reels and it was hilarious. I showed my 15-year-old and we decided to start watching it together.

It was the scene where she was wearing the brown suit to the interview and the person interviewing her was saying she needed to lose the “festival of brown”, and that blended in with the furniture, and then somebody came and accidentally sat on her because he didn’t see her.

I loved the first season! I hope Netflix picks up season 2.

Someone said it was a must see but after one episode, nope.

I hadn't heard of it -- thanks to this thread I just googled it and added it to my queue! Looks like just what I need (something light and engaging).

Love this show! After the book group episode I just had to recommend it to my own book group, where there's a lot of talk about aging parents.

I loved that show. We were randomly looking for something funny to watch that was a bit light-hearted in that fit the bill

I don't hear anyone talking this show, but I loved it. It's an Australian comedy about a lawyer. There's a season 2 that aired in Australia; I hope Netflix picks up season 2 here!
