And why do I, if I am the parent of a minor swimmer at the club at issue, need to be concerned about not harming someone that has ended up on a SafeSport list?! You can get right the eff out with that nonsense.

Go into the lockerroom to use the bathroom, drive a swimmer to a practice.


That would not be to the level that would require a suspension. You have to do something bad.
