One tip I will say about online training is that the trainer has experience working with clients in-person so they can provide a similar experience online. I have worked with the trainers at Prepare for performance in Brockville before, and they do a great job. They offer online and in-person

If you know form, it’s a great option. There are some crazy ones out there though so be picky.

I worked with one. He's super in demand and only works online at this point. We met by facetime. Pros: I got an amazing trainer who does not live near me. Cons: There were times I did not feel I had his full attention.

Have you checked out Caroline Girvan's programs on youtube? Those are free. She also has a new paid app with new content.

Anyone have an experience with training with an online personal trainer?

Pros and cons? I have a pretty well equipped garage gym that is used regularly but I’m voted off my workouts and thinking of getting an online personal trainer to change things up.
