I specifically noted that if you zoomed in on the satellite view it sits in the middle of a tennis court. That doesn't mean the entire lot sits on the tennis court, but it does run right through it. Are you always this literal?

Who would buy this lot? Even though it's 6,159 square feet the zoning setbacks and the skinny shape seems like building a decent size house on it very challenging.
