WW works—ask your doctor. You may not like it, but either get with the program or keep doing your own thing and keep getting the same results.
You’re apparent not losing weight with your current diet. But you want a program that will let you loose weight without changing your diet? That’s not how this works.
WW changes its program every 2 or 3 years. Are we supposed to believe that only the current one is any good, and all the old ones weren't even though people lost weight on them at the time?
