I've only ever made flan in pie pans. It seems odd to me to see it in a loaf pan (recipe linked).
I've never heard of peach flan, or any fruit flans. I guess you could grill some peaches and place them on top, but I've never heard of it.
I would puree the peach and blend it in. Maybe not strain though. That seems like too much peach yogurt.
