Why is it so big deal that TEENAGERS are prohibited from being out on the damn street at 11, 12, 1 o'clock ? Any parent letting their minor out at those times is a disgrace.

The only thing that is going to work for DC is for those in charge to start prosecuting. They need to prosecute the carjackings and the flashmob robbers.

My relative was carjacked at gunpoint. The police caught the teens who did it IN the car. The description my relative gave the police of the two teens matched perfectly down to the distinctive pair of shoes one was wearing. When my relative went to get the release information for their recovered car they were told that the prosecutor decided to go "no paper" which means not charge the teens. Fking BS.
