You kid's teacher will have a list of MCPS Chemistry teachers from other schools and their contact details / availability for tutoring. And if your kids Chem teacher doesn't have this list, someone else in your kid's school will have it. Start there. If they are actively teaching the same curriculum it helps enormously.

I’m looking for an honors chem tutor for my 10th grader in Rockville/Potomac. I’d like to find someone familiar with the MCPS curriculum, preferably a teacher. DC is a good student but lacks confidence in science.
