Subject: What kinds of fun things - including physical (non sexual) do you do with your spouse
Day trips, museums, finding cool stores to go check out, festivals, architecture tours (really), trying restaurants, finding food markets where we can get interesting treats, going to the movies, talking about what our cats are thinking and doing, sharing funny tweets, watching way too much TV.
I like outdoor stuff a lot and my husband does not, so I do my hiking and kayaking and stuff alone or with other people. He will indulge me with short walks in the woods when the weather is exactly right.

I took up golf about 8-10 years ago and we try to play together at least once a week. He seems to enjoy it because he keeps asking me to play. We have young grandchildren who live nearby and we both love doing things with them. We are both pretty busy and independent so neither of us is in need of attention and we get along very well. He has a great sense of humor so there is a lot of laughter.

What does “ drives” mean to you? You literally just go drive around?
NP, but yes, "drives" are a thing. Going out driving around. I suppose people don't do it much any more, but it used to be a pretty common weekend activity.

50/45. 1 kid launched, 1 in college, 1 still at home.
Cooking, walks in a park, listening to live music, playing music as a duo, going to theater. We do potluck dinners with friends, followed by jam sessions about once a month.

Theater
Museums
Long scenic drives and day trips. We like historic sites, historic small towns, obscure memorials by the roadside, etc. Lots of these we can do as day trips from where we live. Lots of walking around small towns in VA, MD, W.VA and going to tiny local history museums etc.
Games (though not as often as I'd like!)

We are quite different so we don't have a lot of activities in common. But we like hiking (Mary's Rock at SNP is a favorite). And travel -- we love to go on adventures together. Taking our dogs to dog training classes. Floating down the Shenandoah River in a canoe when spending the weekend at our river cabin.

We are actually quite different. We both enjoy shows though, like theater, trying new restaurants and traveling.
Other than that it’s stuff that includes our kid.

We take a walk after dinner most nights, we play tennis a couple times a month and we do home projects together. We're also early 50's.
