I think you need to do more diagnostic testing- blood clotting factors, thyroid panel including thyroid antibodies are the 2 obvious ones along with other pregnancy loss testing.

Lots of people on this board were glad they switched away from Shady Grove. [/b]And while we are on the subject, also glad they left Johns Hopkins.

I had healthy twin daughters after seeing a wonderful physician at Hopkins. I am forever grateful for their help.

Yes, I would definitely keep trying.
Look into Washington Fertility Center with
Dr. Asmar.
I had one percent chance and took it.

What clinic are you at?

If you have the resources I would keep going. You can try a fresh 3-day transfer. You could try another clinic. Many options.

We finally had luck on our 4th transfer (and 5th).

I’m so sorry that you are going through this. Here’s a link about the endometrial testing referred to above: https://www.igenomix.eu/our-services/endometrio/

Have you had all of the ALICE, EMMA, etc testing? I’d definitely do consults with other clinics and make sure to include one that specializes in immune issues.

I am 34 years old and after four rounds of IUI, I attempted two rounds of IVF. First round there were originally 4 fertilized embryos but only one survived long enough to be frozen and it was not PGT-normal. Second round there were 3 surviving fertilized embryos and all were PGT-normal. I had one pregnancy that ended in an early miscarriage and the other two failed to implant. I'm meeting with the doctor next week but they have been overly optimistic this whole process, so I'm not sure how much to take their advice. I could afford to keep going financially but I only want to do it if there is a good chance of it of working (not really sure what my probability cutoff is or should be). What would you do?
