Other good places (depending on where exactly you're orienting, type of food you want, and how far you might want to walk - all of these are within 1/2 mile): Mariscos or El Sol, Mandu, Baan Siam, Rumi's Kitchen.
This is a good list. I've never been unhappy with either Unconventional Diner or Mariscos for this type of thing.
I would add about 40 others before going to Carmine's, which is a tourist trap for people who don't realize that this is an absolutely incredible food neighborhood.
