Ours is 12x22, runs across the back of our house. We have a 42" round table with 4 chairs, an L-shaped sectional w/coffee table, and a hammock. We love it and the hammock is VERY popular with the men in my household.

If I could have squeezed an extra 4 feet of depth, it would have been better... just for the hammock, since most hammock stands are 15ft long.

14x28. I have a six seater table and chairs in one part and a sofa, chair, coffee table in the other in front of the fireplace.

If I had to pick one, I would pick the dining area. We use that a lot. More so than the seating area.

About $110K, but it involved blowing out the back wall of the kitchen to accommodate an expensive triple slider, creating a new door to the garage, and some other extras, like built-in speakers. Including a gas fireplace alone is $15-20K. It's quite a substantial room but still has the screened porch feel to it.

Ours is not nearly as fancy as many others already listed, but we love it and get a lot of enjoyment out of it. It's 14 by 13, so more squarish. A round dining table with 4 chairs and a sections in the opposite corner. Ceiling fan and Easy Breeze panels that turn it into a 3 season room. The sectional is big enough for an adult and a kid to take naps in it, and we've done that plenty of times.

A few considerations. Make sure the floor has no gap in it. We chose a composite material in tongue and groove. Also think about lighting. In the warmer months we usually eat our dinners in the screened porch and the often linger on after the meal. The kids like to do their reading in there. Our lighting is not optimal for that so we had to supplement.

We have one around 12'6" by 18' interior available space.
On one side we have a round pedestal table. This works to sit 6 due to not having legs and smaller (but comfortable chairs)

The other side has a sectional and a chair.
We have breakfast in this space daily - will read listen to music.
For watching a movie, we have a projector we purchased and we throw up a movie screen.
This is the biggest room in our house - and we love it. One feature we splurged on were in ceiling heaters. This makes the space useable just about all year.

We don't have one but our neighbor does and two family members do. Having asked about the cost and sizing myself they all three said you can never go too big. Only one of the three are happy with the size and they have one that appears to be around 14 deep x 20 wide. Like the above PP, they have a 6 person dining table on one side and a sectional sofa (with a flast screen tv) on the other... It's really made us think hard about doing the same to our house, but we need a new kitchen first.

19x15 and I wish we went bigger but it’s still our favorite room and we use it every single day. We have large sectional, small dining table for 4, lounge chair, fireplace and tv.

Ours is about 16 x 12 because that’s all the room we had for it. We have room for a sectional sofa and a table (4-6 ppl). Would I love if it were bigger? Sure. But it’s a decent size and we use it every day.

20 x 11 on our old house. We are building a new one at our new home, 22 x 16

Oh that sounds great! 16x10 doesn't feel too small for you guys? Do you have both a dining set and a couch/chair setup?

(And container gardening works even under the roof? Or do you just have everything on the edges and/or have really shade-tolerant plants?)

Just go as big as you can. Ours is 20x18. We have a small house so it’s really big in comparison and I love the space. We have a table on one side and a sectional on the other (we also have a sideboard on the wall). Any size will be amazing though, it is so nice to have.

How big is your screen porch, and does it feel big enough or do you wish it were bigger? What kind of furniture do you have and how do you have it laid out? What sorts of things do you do on your screen porch, and is there anything you wish you could do but can't because there's not enough room (or for other reasons)? Any tricks for making the most of smaller screen porches?

(We're looking to add one and for several reasons it probably makes most sense to make it 11x16 if that's a reasonable size, but we also don't want to look back and wish we'd gone bigger or done other things differently-- we'd love advice and insight from people with experience!)
