If you really need to use up cottage cheese you have, you can also Google recipes for Farmers Cheese and those should work.
Treats made with less processed ingredients than what you get in store-bought treats - aka, no more Oreos, etc. Making our own treats where I can put less sugar in than recipes call for. High protein, fiber, less sugar, but no stevia/monk fruit, just less sugar and less refined.
