Fasting a day or two always helps me reset. Try doing just coffee in the morning, bone broth the rest of the day. Then get on a regular IF schedule where you stop eating at 6pm, and don't eat again until 11am. Eat 30 grams of protein at each meal if possible. It's easier to accomplish than you think.

Just got back from a week at an all-inclusive and I’m having a hard time getting back on track. I didn’t eat junk while on vacation, but I had early and larger breakfasts, bigger lunches, and usually desert.

I used to put off breakfast (which was small, yogurt and a small protein) until around 10, but now I wake up hungry. My lunch never seems to satiate me since getting back. And I keep craving something after dinner.

Help! I tried ripping off the bandaid today but it was worse than yesterday!
