Wondering if anyone has found something similar on YouTube?

I am also using the Fit & Lean app. My sister, who is a retired professional dancer, recommended it to me. I’m only on Day 2 but I like it so far. It’s $20 for three months. I’ll report back in a month.

I have a small condo with a lot of windows and don't have a wall to use! LOL

I don’t know if there is an official site- looks like there are many different apps that have/promote wall Pilates, some in connection with a diet plan. I happened to click on a link that had me download an app called “fit and lean”. I have a feeling it doesn’t really matter which app you use though. So probably the cheapest works 🙂.

Thanks!

I have been doing Pilates for years but don’t currently have the time to make it to classes regularly. So I tried it out. At first I thought it was a joke- the first few days were so easy, it seemed like I was barely doing anything. However- by the second week, I found myself getting a little sore and some of the exercises were a little tough. After 1 month- I am hooked. It is so easy as it only takes 10-15 minutes every day. However I can tell that I am already leaner and I feel a lot better- kind of like when I used to go to my hour long Pilates classes 2-3 times/week. I would recommend it- but it would be better if you have done some Pilates before as there is no real instruction on how to position yourself correctly.

I was also intrigued and submitted a questionnaire. It’s not cheap so I opted not to try it.

Same here. I tried it before vacation and really liked it. I was motivated to be at a specific point before the trip so googled and found work outs on YouTube. Most were pretty short, yet felt effective. I have no idea who I watched though. Worth looking into

I’m intrigued as well. Then I decide I don’t want to be crawling around on the floor.

My social feed is full of ads for wall Pilates apps (28-day wall Pilates! 21-day wall Pilates!). And cat accessories. Has anyone tried these (the former not the latter). I’m intrigued but having trouble filtering through the noise to find a good one. And because I’m exceptionally lazy (which may be why I’m getting so many ads for wall Pilates) I don’t want to waste my energy on a crappy app.
