I’m also curious how it could have only been caused by an adult - was there no outdoor time? Arts and crafts time? I believe it could only have been treated/cleaned/covered by an adult, but that’s different.

Contact the director, request an incident report, report to the state regulatory agency if you feel you are not being taken seriously.

How do you know it could only have been caused by an adult.
If you see an injury that could only have been caused by an adult, then you call CPS and let them investigate. I've done that for kids with hand print bruises too large to be from another child.

I noticed my daughter had a leg injury when we got home from daycare that could only have been caused by an adult (bleeding). The daycare denies any knowledge of it, what recourse do I have?
