FWIW, I had the highest end GE double wall ovens and I hated them. I never could get the bigger oven to heat evenly and accurately, the convection fan was weak and virtually worthless and, as far as I could tell the smaller “advantium” oven didn’t cook any faster than a decent convection oven.

I had a Kitchen Aid double wall oven with a convection/microwave combo before that which I loved. Really like my Wolf range now (not induction), but if I was redoing a kitchen now, I’d keep my Wolf range and build in a shelf for a Breville convection/microwave combo. I use my Breville constantly, and only use the big Wolf oven for roasting turkeys, full sized sheet pans, etc.

This may sound weird, but take your biggest pan/cookie sheet to the store and make sure it fits and the oven door closes before you buy anything. Our wall oven is a giant PIA because it can only hold the smallest sheet pan. It's smaller than a standard range oven and impacts what we can cook. 100% will get rid of it when we do a remodel.

Plus they're more expensive and harder to find if you ever need to replace it. (Ours had a 6 month+ wait for delivery at the height of the pandemic supply chain issues)

Wolf is the way to go.

We have a Bosch and I like it but before that we had a 1980s GE and it was also fine.

We used to have Electrolux double ovens and they were great. Whatever brand you get, check to see if the rolling racks are available.

Wolf. Has multiple modes, including convection and "gourmet", which adds many programs for specific foods.

We got a Bosch range a few years ago but the oven constantly stops working and the heat is uneven. Planning to redo the kitchen soon and would like to buy a wall oven. Can’t afford the super high end with names I can’t pronounce but would like something that can keep up with my high cooking standards. We don’t bake much, it’s mostly roasting and casseroles. What brand should we get for less than $5000?
