These are actually not healthy and have a lot sugar. It’s the same as eating a regular chewy granola bar with chocolate chips.

I'll eat Banana bread and sharp cheese together, at the same time. But I don't put it in the mix.

Instead of bread or big muffins, bake as bite size mini muffins.

I’d like to make a few special treats as after school snacks for back-to-school that I can make in advance as I WOH. I like the idea of protein bites, but I want them to feel like a special treat. A healthier version of a Rice Krispie treat, if you will. My kids have nut allergies so I’ll be substituting with Sunbutter or chocolate Sunbutter as needed. Any ideas? TIA!
