OP here- as a community gardener, it is a humbling experience and a MIRACLE that fresh produce ever makes it to any market. When you look at a seed pack and see it can take 70-100 days for a tomato, I bow down to small food producers and grocers for the care they give to our food.

Hey hey DCUM- along with local farm producers, when we do our in-store shopping, our family wants to support Union and small grocer stores in the DMV area.
