I could understand this if you're working the same muscles, but don't most programs focus on different parts each day? I do the SWEAT app and one day is biceps and triceps, one day legs, one day core, etc.

Walking every day is best for blood sugar. Don’t need to do other workouts daily. 2-4x/week is fine for weights. Vigorous cardio/HIIT is ok as little as once a week! In fact, it’s easy to overdo.

I exercise every day but in seven days, two or three of them will be "active recovery" (swimming, biking, rowing machine, yoga) after an intense session.

I do some mix of strength and cardio 5 times a week. The other two days I do yoga, walking, or both. I do a 10-15 minute walk after dinner every night in addition to this. I usually meet a minimum of 30 minutes of any of these activities every day.

I’ve been doing a run streak for something different to try. I’ve gone everyday day for 2 months plus. I go slow for about 30 minutes. I’m not pushing myself. I also do a lot of stretches. I like the routine for me, but I get that weights and rest days would be more ideal.

I aim to exercise every day but don’t worry if I can’t make a day or two. It allows for flexibility in my schedule

I take two rest days a week. Sometimes I do a light yoga or mobility session but usually I just try to walk more than normal those days.

This is a human being question, not a mom related question. I exercise 6 days a week. It's important to have a rest day, or two.

If you include a long (3-5 mi) walk, exercise every day. My long walk days are rest days, because they require minimal physical effort but still get some light movement in.

+1, my 2 rest days are considered active since I still walk 10k steps and spend longer stretching everything out.

I have to have my mindset be that I exercise every day. But, this isn't all hard exercise. I do a mix of the following.

Fitness Blender workouts - weights, HIIT, etc.
Yoga
Walks ranging from 2-4 miles

And I try to close my move circle on my apple watch every day.

Depends on what you are doing, obviously. If I run over 10 miles in a day, I take the next day light. I do maybe a walk and some weights. The following day would be rest (2 days post 10mi). If I don’t run over 10 in one session, I usually do something every day, even if it is just a yoga class plus my 10k steps, which I take throughout the day, like while I’m shopping or around the house.

Exercise moms-are you supposed to work out everyday or have some non exercise days?
