No, it's not going to start earlier. The two options they have in the current survey are for starting the Tuesday after Labor Day and the Monday before Labor Day.

If I had to guess, the 14-21. I find that IF Passover is the week before or after Easter, they accommodate it. In the case of 2025, it does fall the week leading up to Easter.

No one can answer this question yet. I'm sure an earlier start will be one of the options under consideration, but who knows what they will select in the end?

Look up what day Easter is in 2025. Plan on the week before that bring spring break week. It’s been like this for many years..

It is almost always this. The other option would be starting on Good Friday and ending the Sunday after Easter.

The friday before and monday after Easter are state required holidays. MCPS tacks on the rest of the prior or subsequent week for spring break. It feels like more often than not the week before but I haven't plumbed the archives to verify.

They will have tentative 24-25 calendar options late this fall. Finalized in December usually.

I see the 23-24 calendar on the Website. But, nothing after that he 24-25, 25-26 calendars.

Am I missing it where can I find tentative calendar plans?? Specially looking for future spring break dates.

We are new to MD so not sure if there is a consistent way to predict spring breaks or other reoccurring holiday/ breaks.
(DC finally started releasing calendars 2-3 year in advance MD does the same.)
