Op here. We are going to do 45 minute lessons so we should be able to get through the last three. There is a communication issue because I'm not sure if the lifeguard doesn't know her availability because she doesn't know her work schedule until last minute. I have asked the lifeguard why she didn't know her availability, but she was unclear. Sometimes she will say because of work or vacations etc. This is why I wanted to give feedback to the manager so the manager can help out but her only response was kind of rude. An email doesn't warrant a response? That would be a bad business practice unless the email mentioned not to respond. Her solution is to say the swim teacher said she's doing her best.
