pkg contains oil mixture, not a paste. feels like one of those chinese hot oil thing. can feel some pepper seeds and whatnot but mostly oil-like. thanks

I'm guessing "fry it to cooked" means heat the oil, and "bolt" should be "bulb" - but yeah I'd chop it.

Just wanted to add... the pkg expired Oct 2011. it should be still good right? it's an unopened pkg.

So, i can reasonably follow the instruction which says:

"Consumption Method: put in a little vegetable oil and fry it to cooked. Put in one pocket (the meant packet I suppose) of this product and a little water, cut 500g bean curd into small pieces, cook them to boiling for two minutes. Put in starch when take the bean curd out and concentrate the liquor (LOL). Add garlic bolt and chopped green onion on them..."

I kinda understand except the bolded parts - "fry it to cooked" meaning "heat oil"? What is "garlic bolt"? Chopped garlic??
