My husband and teen sons use it. I can't do pullups but I can hang and do crunches, by raising my knees to my chest.

I use mine all the time, but its wall mounted into the studs.

And not just for pull-ups. All you need to buy is a few bands and a TRX and you can get a complete workout in with just those and the pull upbar

use one all the time, as do my DCs. If you can do pullups, they are one of the best upper body exercises there is. As they get easier you can add a weight vest or belt to your routine
