Maybe check your reading ability. She never said she didn't want to date men, she was asking about dating a woman. Also, I was responding to a separate poster (not the OP) who laundry listed a bunch of qualities that apparently (to her) only women have.

OP here, yeah I haven't found any men nearly as good as her. I'm in the bay area so that doesn't help either. So far it's been a month and she has no red flags, that's rare. I'm switching sides 😂

We are still dating! I actually slept over at her house for the first time last night. We have only kissed and cuddled though. She told me I need to make the moves pretty much since she gets nervous and hasn't dated a woman either. But I was too scared 😂 it was still nice cuddling though, hopefully the relationship progresses sexually soon, but I love the emotional connection we have so far.

I tried this but found lesbians mostly wanted to show up for the second date with a u haul.

I realized I was lonely and wanted friendship, not a fast serious relationship, so date men. I gave it a try though and so should you! Have fun!

Try not to build it up too much.
For a first date keep it casual and simple. Coffee if early or a drink at a bar are fine, if you are both into that.

If you are lucky, you will hit it off.
If you are like me, you will have a couple dozen meh first dates before really hitting it off with someone.
