This. Your skin needs certain microbes to remain to fend off even more harmful ones. Use of antibacterial soap daily is not good.

It’s not antibacterial, but it does kill germs. Hot water and soap for 20 seconds is all you need.

You don’t need to use antibiotic soap for everyday use. It’s actually not good for your skin. Just use the Mrs Myers and wash long enough for any dirt to mechanically be removed from your hands and you’ll be fine.

If you wash your body armpits buttocks/crack with antibacterial dial it lessens odors OP.

I love smell of mrs meyers but does it not kill germs in same way as dial soap?
