My biggest beef with most of the various programs is the shortness of the workouts - most hit around 25-30, which is too short for me (I prefer 40-50 minutes). I haven't tried Sure Thing yet, but will!
For cardio, I like some of the classics - Insanity, Autumn's stuff, and the lady from the kickboxing series (which incidentally is also amazing).
I'm this poster - I tried Sure Thing this weekend, and liked it. I actually did the cardio plus one of the full-body weight segments, and thought it was a good workout (minus the cooldown of the first, and warmup of the second got me to about 50 minutes total). But then I realized she does the exact same cardio workout throughout the whole program, which is annoying (and pretty lazy on her part!) But I otherwise liked the weights. I would say this is a good workout program for an advanced beginner - not super challenging.
