How old is your wife (her eggs, right)? Were they genetically tested? If not, I would unfreeze the rest and have them tested. While waiting for those results you need the recurrent pregnancy loss testing and start the rpl pregnancy protocols.

Have you been tested for Antiphospholipid Syndrome? It's just a lab test but if you have it it could mean that your body is seeing the implantation as a wound and cause your blood to clot too quickly and cut off flow. This is how it was explained to me anyway. My doctor tested me for it after my miscarriage/blighted ovum and I was positive. It likely was a factor in my infertility in the first place and sometimes a simple blood thinner around ovulation can be effective.

How old are you? Starting at 42 I had nothing but miscarriages. 3 total in 2 years, development but no heartbeat, plus one chemical. It's age.

What am I missing?
I had 5 transfer. First chemical, second missed miscarriage after heartbeat. The last three no implantation. I did do an ERA test and found I needed an extra 12 hours of progesterone. I would recommend that and also blood work to see if you have a clotting disorder.
I eventually went with a surrogate cause I just couldn’t do it any more. Sending hugs!
