Knew 2 people with this major. They moved several times. I think it was a good way for them to get a college degree. In both cases most in their family had not gone to college. They were both big golfers. They spent their time on a golf course, took on some duties as the resident golf pro. Probably best to head to Texas, Florida - any place with a long season. I'm not giving advice on where to move. I just know those 2 live there. You're around people with money, often a resort area, the immediate area will probably be expensive. Schools and where, exactly, to live within your means a challenge. The fellows I know have a nice life . One that I know of has a wealthier relative paying so his kids can go to private school.

DS wants to go into turf management-the guys who maintain the golf courses. He loves it. A friend said it is not lucrative and not family friendly.
