They vary a lot. Check their bios. I had an incredible trainer who previously trained pro athletes but my friend’s 80 year old mother got someone who, without even taking a health history, immediately told her to get in the treadmill at 3.5 miles an hour. So be aware they vary from professional expert to dangerously ignorant.
