I’m in a non-union 3x week in office agency. Is there any chance they will make it 5x week? We had to make some adjustments for our kids post pandemic, and being in office 5x week just seems impossible.

This is what this memo is all about. They want agencies who have kept a good chunk of people remote to stop doing that. Not that all agencies have to have everyone come in full time (which didn't even exist pre-pandemic).

Nothing from my agency after the Zients memo.
We already had an email from our Secretary weeks ago about increasing presence in the office, but then an email right after from the head of our op/div saying no plans have changed and they were just continuing with SESes going to 6 days a pay period, and nothing trickling down to the rest of staff.

There’s already a thread about the Zients memo.

FedNews has started this list of RTO requirements, but I (current fed with no news of my agency's RTO plans) would love to hear anecdotally what other agencies and components are doing.
