How does a local daycare have an aftercare program and not have either a bus stop, or a van? I can't figure out how that business model would work.
Or is it in bounds for another school, or serving a private school? That's harder but not impossible.
How old is your kid? Is he/she's old enough that walking from a neighborhood bus stop to daycare is an option?

Consider seeing if the daycare has a van or a bus that would do a pick up at the school.

Stops are based on number of kids at each one and the safety of each child's walk to the stop. So if a child would have to cross a busy street to get to one stop, a stop would be added for them (and maybe combined with another). If there are enough kids that go to a daycare place that is in-bounds for the school, a stop will be added just for that place.
To get your desired stop added, you need to make sure the address is in the school's assignment boundary. Then call the school office and get the information needed to use this address for transportation (it's allowed, and it does not mean that you are claiming to live there). Transportation will decide where the stop is, though. There might be a stop within allowable walking distance already is use.
Bottom line--the requested stop must be within the school's boundary. If it is not, you're on your own to provide transportation. If you dislike your child's school's aftercare program, take it to the PTA. They work with the contracts and companies have to rebid every 3-5 years. The aftercare at my child's school got a lot of complaints and the issue was raised about looking for a replacement. The contract was renewed but the company was put on notice and the quality greatly improved.

Is the daycare that you want to use inbounds for your current school? That is, would the bus go buy it anyway?
Because they service all three levels of schools, bus schedules are extremely tight. Unless this is literally just the matter of having a bus stop along the route it already takes, I think you have a steep hill in front of you to get a stop added if it's out of the way.
