I think those use-by dates depend on when your grant was awarded. I have to use something on my kids' grants by September 1, but they got these grants back in May.
If your kid just got the grant, I think you may have until December 1, but you still have to use the whole amount by December 31.

How do you find tutors? We moved recently and don't know anyone who tutors. Honestly, my kid is not in need of academic tutoring but struggles with anxiety and social skills. Can the grant be used for psychological services?

We found tutors through research and word of mouth. The VDOE list on ClassWallet isn't helpful because it makes no distinction between a special education teacher who can work with early elementary students and a high school math teacher.
