Just kidding, 95-100 aren't factored in at all.
Fully agree, and yes soccer IQ is usually the last qual. It is useless for a team to have a good dribbler who lacks of soccer IQ, terrible passing skills, etc. As normal in this market players get inflated with media propaganda and scouts buy it.
