Wow! That is impressive OP! Congrats on your results, and all your hard work.

Are making sure to replace the lost fat, with gained muscle? That is critical, you really need to do this if you're not already. I'm postmenopausal and am considering getting a bioimpedance scale to look at my progress as it relates to my efforts to lose fat. So my goal is to decrease % body fat, and increase my % muscle.

I've been seriously dieting for 7 months. At the start, I measured my thighs, hips, waist and bust with a tape measure. Every couple of months I measure again.

Proud to say I am down 35 pounds, and more impressive (to me), I've gone from 45, 36, 42 to 37, 30, 37

Not every day has been perfect. I've eaten my share of small slices if birthday cake, had an occaisional glass of wine, etc. Some days I've gained and some days I've lost. But, that's a lot of inches less of me! And yes, I've more to go and will keep on going, but am very happy with my 7 month progress 😊
