Second the recco for go clean co. She does spring and pre-holiday clean ‘events’ where she hyped the followers up and will publish a free calendar to get your house ready 2x per year. She does it for about four weeks; I take six or eight lol

We used Virginia Housekeepers. They left the bathrooms spotless and I was impressed that for every open shelf they took everything off the shelf, wiped off all of the items, and put them all back on the shelf. It was a team of 4 for 3 hours for a 3 level townhouse. This was our first professional cleaning so I don't have a lot of comparison though.
Thanks for the GoCleanCo recommendation! I just can't wrap my head around how often things need done so they don't get out of control and pile up.

Some dirt happens no matter what - the dirt, pollen dander, dust etc that naturally occurs (especially if you have windows opened, door opened/closing a lot, people walking around , etc) and it tends to fall along the baseboards or trapped on the ceiling fan blades.
Your vacuum is actually a huge source of blowing dust if you don't change out the filter.
I also wipe down the bottom of perishables as I am unpacking from the grocery store - wipe down the bottom of the milk carton, the yogurt cups, etc. as I put them into the refrigerator. Keeps my refrigerator shelves so much cleaner.

Look up GoCleanCo. I pimp out her stuff whenever I can. She has a cleaning schedule/system that makes it really easy. You can follow her on instagram. She does sell her "manuals" but I'm sure you can find them for free.

I've always been pretty good about keeping up with the basic maintenance cleaning- vacuuming, mopping, wiping down bathrooms. But the deep cleaning stuff always festers until some event that requires me to spend days on catch up deep cleaning. Ie scrubbing baseboards, cleaning ceiling fans, washing all the windows, scrubbing out the tub, cleaning the oven and fridge, etc. I finally just paid for a professional whole house deep clean. Tell me how to keep up with it so that I don't fall into this trap again and my house is always mostly clean. Do you do one deep clean element per week? Whats your schedule How often/how much do you maintenance clean vs deep clean?
