We've had LG front loaders for a year. I still find doing laundry fun.

I had a really basic, Maytag top loader before. So, I went from zero bells and whistles to all of them and it's been nice!

We bought an Electrolux front-loader in January. We've been happy, but like with any front-loader, make sure the door seal stays clean and dry. We did have an issue where the door seal was off because some of the rubber was not cast evening...a warranty tech was able to diagnose it. But this was an upgrade from a 30 year old washer.

Early replies had me wanting to at least see the Electrolux, but I see us returning to Speed Queen.

Has anyone tried their front load? Definitely not a big seller in the home market, but I know they have the tech down, all the same, because of commercial.

We like our LG front loaders stacked. The digital display can be a bit of an enigma, but it washes and dries beautifully. We often use the speed wash cycle.

Love my top of the line Electrolux. I’ve had it since the spring of 2018.

We've had a Speed Queen for the past 10 years and it is quite industrial. We've been extremely happy with it.

Thanks, will give Electrolux serious consideration, unless delivery times are significantly different.

We had a brand new Electrolux in our old th. It lasted 10 years before we moved. That thing was perfect and I miss it a lot. The only thing that was a nuisance was you had to clean the dryer sensor and the vents often.

We are currently looking at a GE w/d from Costco. It has an automatic dispenser of detergent and with our current set up I think it will solve some of our “clutter” issues. But I would go back to an Electrolux in a heartbeat.

Maytag front loader is no longer worth fixing, although repair guy said it is a model that did the agitation correctly and most newer models skimp. It did do a great job, until now.
This machine came with the house, was a top of the line purchase at the time, but has put in 4500 loads. The last machine we purchased at previous home was a Speed Queen top loader, and we were happy. They're only known for front loaders in the commercial market, so we'd probably do top load again. I was also told Electrolux is good but expensive to repair. And LG is middling/improving, but at least affordable to repair. Nothing is made for more than a ten year lifespan with repairs along the way.

Thoughts? Especially any experience with Electrolux. We're leaning Speed Queen. Other recommendations?
