Trade Joes has some good trout filet, but they are not wild caught.

What are you worried about in terms of unhealthy fish?

For white fish, I particularly like what Costco has frozen (cod and mahi mahi and shrimp especially).

For salmon I like Trader Joe’s Atlantic best for the money.

I add a little olive oil to the butter to keep it from burning.

One of the most sustainable options, and has healthy fats. Can be strong tasting, but I like them.

In the grocery store, buy wild caught frozen. That is your best bet.

Do you want something from a restaurant or a healthy fish to prepare at home?
