From what I heard it was a smallish group of repeat families doing it- definitely not the majority. The school does allow parents to personally drop off a takeout lunch for their child- apparently many do this for birthdays etc. I personally have never done so

Yeah, this was going on at my kid’s high school. Administrators quickly shut it down.
