Can we banish this stupid ingredient? It adds absolutely zero flavor, and chefs use it as a stupid excuse to gouge the crap out of customers. As dumb as molecular gastronomists using foams and smoke, but at least those have a flavor.

Chefs that read dcum, take the gold and shove it.
