If you read the original post, it comes from Ivy wise. And the article itself lists changes in overall applications received and acceptance rate for each school. So there is a methodogy. But I guess you just want to be flippant.

The schools listed are all below Notre Dame. Notice it doesn’t also say duke, Vanderbilt Chicago, Northwestern, Stanford, etc..
Duke, Vandy And Northwestern were all on the 2018 alt Ivie list, the first time they did it.
