If not too late, I would go with ADC. We found DDC to be rigid in terms of how dives are taught and the order. ADC more flexible, which is worked for us. I like the ADC team coaches better for my kid but it’s a style issue. We know quite a few excellent divers who thrived at DDC so if you are looking down the road for team, it’s worth seeing which style works better for your kid.

DDC hadn’t opened registration yet but it will be full within a week once it does

We had a very good experience with ADC. I wish DD had kept up with diving because the coaches were approachable and she was improving rapidly with the corrections they gave her. I'm still on their mailing list and the head coach announced in June that his new day job (instead of being an engineer) will be as the head coach for US Naval Academy men's and women's dive teams.

Also, getting in depends on how old your diver is and what their summer dive list is like. If they’re a very promising 11-12 with half of a JO dive list, I can see them finding a way to get you in.

If they’re a 3rd year 8&u with the basics, you’re going to just have to closely follow when they do open signups next.

Both teams have great coaches and elite athletes on the USA Diving High Performance squads..but just starting out I don't think that should be an indicator of which club to choose.
