How about up the road at Irish Inn of Glen Echo. No sidewalk as there is just a large parking lot and can walk right in the restaurant or there’s outdoor seating right there on ground level.

Not Georgetown, but Matisse just north of Tenley on Wisconsin is *very* quiet with excellent service. The sidewalk is in good shape there with curb cuts at the corner of Fessenden.

I live in Georgetown. I suggest Peacock Cafe or Brasserie Liberte.. I have seen a lot of people at the latter with walkers or Cafe Milanos....all next to each other.

How about restaurants in Friendship Heights? Capital Grill is quite. I assume there are ramps there but have not specifically observed.

There is also the Clyde's on WI that is easily accessible.

If you call any of these places, they will share the easiest way to get in with a walker.

Georgetown is even tougher logistically. Have you considered Cathedral Commons? I think LaPiquette would work.

Oh sorry. But it is not quiet.

note - I know you said quite and the outside section is not.
But you can get a table inside that is quite.

Hotels seem to have good ease of entry.

Was going to recommend Cut DC at the Rosewood Inn, but see they are closed for kitchen renovations.

Perhaps Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Blacksalt and Et Voila are great with no steps. Lupo Verde is also great, has about 4 steps.

+1 - I haven't been in a while (way pre pandemic) but Black Salt on Macarthur was good.

I am visiting DC next week and planning to take a family friend to dinner. She is very mobility challenged and I'll need to travel with her by Uber or Lyft with a walker. She lives of MacArthur in Palisades. Does anyone have any recommendations for a quiet, decent, easy to walk into (no stairs) restaurant. I was thinking Clyde's on M, but I think getting in and out of an Uber an up a curb would be tough for her.
