I explained above. THey would have to add staff. Probably a supervisor and another one or two care givers. I should note that a lot of MsK and ATS extended day personel are at ATS so i think ATS doesn't have a long waitlist because of ATS hired the extra staff necessary to manage their demand.

OP, I have heard of other families at Cardinal who are trying to organize care through a co-op. There was also some chatter about extra staff (2 or 3) that will be hired which ultimately will move more families off the waitlist since it's not a space issue but a staffing problem they are facing.

I believe current families get first priority, then previously waitlisted, then new families.
