Disagree. Weighing my food while doing WW was a key part of my 80lb weight loss.
Of course the scale helped make me bizarrely obsessive, and then my hair started falling out and I kept almost fainting because of being in a calorie deficit for so long. Then I gained it all back. But that's a different matter?
