Obviously the more you go the better your child will get, and that may lead to pathways into the more advanced groups than just the junior 1, depending on their performance etc. Once you get up into advanced juniors or NDG then you are making a commitment to the team to show up "X" times per week. Above groups are for MLK, other sites may have different names.

Yes, you get to pick which days.
They do take attendance. Missing a week every now and again won't be a big deal but it may be if it's more routine... this was never an issue for us. If we knew we were going to miss a week, we would hit extra practices the week before and then again the week after.
