All I can think from what OP said is that the utility company damaged the lawn and the person they sent to fix it sexually harassed a child?

I was the PP who commented above about providing pictures and estimates. Now, re-reading the OP, I am not sure if OP has two issues: (1) lawn damage, and (2) child sexual harassment. If so, I agree with the other PP that the lawn damage is trivial, but that was what my advice was about.
If there is a separate issue about sexual harassment, then I would report it to the police. I think if you try to pursue a civil case but have never tried to notify the police, that would be odd.

I'm sorry, I don't... but I hour you find a shark to take on this company.
Forget about the lawn damage, who cares about that -- it's small potatoes.
However, if a utility worker is openly making lewd or sexual (remarks, implications or actions?) against a child, that means it's not the first time he's done it.
For him to feel that comfortable doing it, without worrying about being reported, that means he's done it PLENTY of times and was never caught, or the company decided it was "unfounded".
Just think about it -- when a child predator or child molester victimized that child, they usually go out of their way to ensure that the victim not doesn't tell.
Bribes: "I'll give you money or candy not to tell".
Threats: I'll hurt or kill your parents and siblings if you tell.
Using insecurities: Nobody will believe you anyway, I'm an adult and you're just a kid and everyone knows that kids lie.
But if this guy wasn't scared or deterred in the slightest, then that means he's a pro and has no qualms with doing whatever he did and not worrying about getting caught.

Not sure I understand the relevance of the sexual harassment. Can you explain?
BTW, the utility company often has departments to deal with stuff like this. Call them up, comply with their request for pictures and estimates, and they might send you a check for the damage. No lawyer needed.

Does anyone here know about any good lawyer (that can go to litigation) in Maryland to deal with utility companies?
My lawn got damaged by a utility company, and there was some kind of bad incident (child sexual harassment) from a guy that works for it.
