Everyone knows that. In this case the manager said that the car had already passed the Maryland inspection and the customer did not need to do that.
Why would a Virginia dealer get a Maryland inspection when the car doesn't have Maryland tags? Do you think they just get inspections on the off chance someone from out of state buys the car
